Started out good. But is going down daily. Payoff of trade in was submitted late and is accruing daily charges. Registration of my plates are now expired because DMV says they have not received the renewal/transfer paperwork. And have left to voicemails to the finance manager about these issues and haven't received a callback yet.

Service technician didn’t reset tire sensors after rotating so I ended up running on a nearly flat tire. I kept checking the one listed by the wrong sensor. When I told the dealership about this all I got was a bunch of messages and calls about buying a new car - no apology or anything. I now think no one reads the comments they assume you want sales contacts

Purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the same week. As I was driving my brand new truck down road I hear a knocking sound coming from the motor. I dropped it off at the dealership for them to look at and come find out it needs a new motor after only having 6000 miles on it. It appears the GM had a bad batch of rods that were installed a some of the vehicles. And my truck appears to be one of the vehicles. The customer service that I have received has been horrible. No communication from the service department on how the progress is going. I was told two weeks to replace the motor and it has now been three and no timeframe on when the motor will be arriving to the dealership. I have been given the run around and lied to from the very beginning. It is costing me money each day that my truck is in the shop. I live on a farm and not having a truck that I used on a daily basis. I can’t believe that the dealership hasn’t done more to try to make this right. And yes I am still making payments on a vehicle that is sitting at the dealership. Not a happy customer.

I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I...

I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I was due a brake service and transmission fluid filtering. Unfortunately, in two weeks I was advised I was due the inspection. Had I waited, I could have done all at once. So in a couple of weeks, scheduled the inspection for 10:00. I came in and said I was here for the 10:00 inspection. He said do you want the brake job and transmission filtered. I said yes. They finished the job and I drove home. I noticed something strange on the decal. It didn't look right. On further inspection I saw it hadn't changed. I called and asked why the decal wasn't changed. They sort of indignantly said we didn't inspect it. I said, "That is why I brought it in". The fur kind of flew and I had to go back to the dealership and now get the car inspected. I wasn't charged for the inspection. I didn't appreciate two trips for the service.

Registration of my plates are now expired because DMV says they have not received the renewal/transfer paperwork. And have left to voicemails to the finance manager about these issues and haven't received a callback yet.

Service technician didn’t reset tire sensors after rotating so I ended up running on a nearly flat tire. I kept checking the one listed by the wrong sensor. When I told the dealership about this all I got was a bunch of messages and calls about buying a new car - no apology or anything. I now think no one reads the comments they assume you want sales contacts

Purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the same week. As I was driving my brand new truck down road I hear a knocking sound coming from the motor. I dropped it off at the dealership for them to look at and come find out it needs a new motor after only having 6000 miles on it. It appears the GM had a bad batch of rods that were installed a some of the vehicles. And my truck appears to be one of the vehicles. The customer service that I have received has been horrible. No communication from the service department on how the progress is going. I was told two weeks to replace the motor and it has now been three and no timeframe on when the motor will be arriving to the dealership. I have been given the run around and lied to from the very beginning. It is costing me money each day that my truck is in the shop. I live on a farm and not having a truck that I used on a daily basis. I can’t believe that the dealership hasn’t done more to try to make this right. And yes I am still making payments on a vehicle that is sitting at the dealership. Not a happy customer.

I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I...

I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I was due a brake service and transmission fluid filtering. Unfortunately, in two weeks I was advised I was due the inspection. Had I waited, I could have done all at once. So in a couple of weeks, scheduled the inspection for 10:00. I came in and said I was here for the 10:00 inspection. He said do you want the brake job and transmission filtered. I said yes. They finished the job and I drove home. I noticed something strange on the decal. It didn't look right. On further inspection I saw it hadn't changed. I called and asked why the decal wasn't changed. They sort of indignantly said we didn't inspect it. I said, "That is why I brought it in". The fur kind of flew and I had to go back to the dealership and now get the car inspected. I wasn't charged for the inspection. I didn't appreciate two trips for the service.

Purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the same week. As I was driving my brand new truck down road I hear a knocking sound coming from the motor. I dropped it off at the dealership for them to look at and come find out it needs a new motor after only having 6000 miles on it. It appears the GM had a bad batch of rods that were installed a some of the vehicles. And my truck appears to be one of the vehicles. The customer service that I have received has been horrible. No communication from the service department on how the progress is going. I was told two weeks to replace the motor and it has now been three and no timeframe on when the motor will be arriving to the dealership. I have been given the run around and lied to from the very beginning. It is costing me money each day that my truck is in the shop. I live on a farm and not having a truck that I used on a daily basis. I can’t believe that the dealership hasn’t done more to try to make this right. And yes I am still making payments on a vehicle that is sitting at the dealership. Not a happy customer.

I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I...

I was due an oil change and had it done and was advised I was due a brake service and transmission fluid filtering. Unfortunately, in two weeks I was advised I was due the inspection. Had I waited, I could have done all at once. So in a couple of weeks, scheduled the inspection for 10:00. I came in and said I was here for the 10:00 inspection. He said do you want the brake job and transmission filtered. I said yes. They finished the job and I drove home. I noticed something strange on the decal. It didn't look right. On further inspection I saw it hadn't changed. I called and asked why the decal wasn't changed. They sort of indignantly said we didn't inspect it. I said, "That is why I brought it in". The fur kind of flew and I had to go back to the dealership and now get the car inspected. I wasn't charged for the inspection. I didn't appreciate two trips for the service.
