Great service advisor (Kathyrn). She squeezed me in as we were leaving for a trip when we suddenly had a fuel pump problem. She then worked with her service manager regarding warranty questions— overall, I’d do business with Vision Service any day (this was our second experience and both were terrific).

The sales process with Lilly was simple and professional. I had to come back a few weeks later for a problem and the management team went above and beyond to keep me satisfied. Well done Vision team

5 stars! The service department here is way better than Bob Johnson Buick and GMC in Henrietta. Exceptional, above-and-beyond service. I was shocked when they sent me videos of the actual work being done on my vehicle — such a cool touch. You never feel talked down to or laughed at here.
