Sales have no knowledge of the vehicles they sale, very unprofessional and rush through sales process not caring about customer satisfaction, also they immediately assume I guess based off skin color what customers can and can’t afford.

Claimed they didn’t know I was getting dash cam installed, said it could take hours I agreed to wait, the tech must have rushed cracked my windshield, did not hide cable well and cut my rug to install cables. I went in person to complain they said they would take care of it and never heard back until I left a message saying I’d take legal actions. Just to be told I have to fix everything myself, in anger I hung up overwhelm about my brand new truck window and carpet.
