Kathryn did a great job (again) explaining what needed to be serviced on my Terrain and keeping me up to date on progress. I particularly liked the new video tour of the service issues, showing exactly what was needed to be repaired, including a suspension spring out of line and brake lining measurements. While the cost was not small, I felt confident that the repair was needed and why. Great innovation!
